SBF has appointed Mathilda Ingelgård as Investment Manager. The appointment supports SBF’s continued growth and strengthens the company’s ability to identify, analyse and execute new investments in the Swedish real estate market.
Mathilda Ingelgård joins SBF from Colliers, where she worked in real estate transactions. Prior to that, she worked at Novier, focusing on real estate transactions, analysis and financial modelling. She joined SBF on 7 September 2026.
